The Agreement requires Sunbeam to supply to Imperial the incomplete auto vehicles bodies and chassis as well as electric drive trains and batteries to be assembled and tested at the Company’s 60,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Springfield, MO. The Company expects to reach its goal to manufacture up to 10 vehicles a day within the first 12 months of operation.
